State Culture Change Stakeholder Meeting (Invitation Only)

Location: Orlando, FL, IFAS Convenes State Culture Change Meeting at AAHSA Annual Meeting

As part of a grant from The Commonwealth Fund, IFAS convened a meeting that brought together state representatives, providers, and a provider association to discuss state activities in culture change. The participants were from eight states IFAS identified as having made a significant investment in culture change through targeted use of resources – legislative, CMP, grant programs, and executive. IFAS shared preliminary findings on the activities occurring in the eight states and the emerging themes.

The participants had an opportunity to learn from each other, discuss how to help other states map similar initiatives, and provide input in the development of a toolkit. IFAS will produce a report describing state-initiated culture change efforts and a toolkit to help other states initiate or expand on their culture change activities.
